Zinnia Bowl

Just finished and available for purchase. CLICK HERE. 8" x 8" oil painting on canvas: "Zinnia Bowl"

Last week we had a freeze warning so I went out and cut flowers from my garden. The Zinnia's had recently gotten thick and were filling out the garden quite nicely. I thought the mixture of all the pink with the touch of orange was nice so I arranged them in an antique cut glass rose bowl. Their portrait painted, they've been immortalized.

Ow mary, I love your Zinnia's painting, they are a gorgeous flower...one of the ones I admire each year. Love the gallery wrapped canvas as well.

I just bought a large gallery canvas a couple of weeks back. I have an idea of what I would like to do on it, just need to sit down and get started now. : )

Your zinnias are astonishingly LOVELY! Beauteeous!

Am really enjoying your skywatch photos -- they help a bit with the sweet sorrow of no longer seeing my own lake skies.

As for your squirrels and birdies not getting along, you will just have to teach them to play better. We just got done eating dinner, and the whole time we watched two squirrels, two chippies and EIGHT cardinals (4 mom and pop pairs) dining together.
