Sky Watch Wave

I took this photo last night. I picked it for SkyWatch Friday because it looks like waves rolling in. The light was what caught my attention in the first place. That and the awesome color. This one is worth a double click!

Check out all the other fabulous skies worldwide by clicking on the SkyWatch emblem! Have a great weekend SkyWatchers!!

A great sunset pictures - bright but subtle at the same time. We tend to get those here in the Midwest ;)

I've enjoyed your blog - an artist from MI eh? Are you familiar with Barbara Buysse or Tom Thiery? They are both artists in MI as well. (family actually) A big area, I know, but sometimes a small world. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Yes, it does look like waves. Spectacular the way the sun radiates colors from the center there, brilliant shot, a ripply sunset.

It is worth a double click. I love beautiful sky photos and I love to watch the sun come up and set because it always looks different. If you ever want to see the most beautiful sunrise, go to Bryce Canyon. It is so beautiful it is undescribeable.

Had trouble commenting here at first. Thank you for your compliments on my Have a Golden Day sky watch. That meant a lot to me coming from so I know I did good. I see you had a golden one also. It does look like the beach. You could crop the trees out and have a perfect beach scene. LOL Thanks for stopping by.

Last few skywatch posts are magnificent. I don't know which I like better! This week with the ethereal light, or last week's with the glowing, magical brilliance, or the week before with the huge cloud the size of a country, it seems. All well seen, well photographed. And thanks for visiting my blog!

I also like your nature sounds.

Thanks for visiting me...so I found you! Fantastic work, I looked all till the end and paintings and other things, enjoying the rain music...You gave me so many ideas to start to paint again. I did it when I was young, went to Art classes etc. Now so many omens appeared, like the paintings I found and more. Yes, now I have time so I should start again! What a good beginning of the day! Thank you.
(Sometimes it is really good to come later, the SkyWatch day is too hectic, isn't it - too many places to see, at last I was so tired that even the very good picture did not catch me...)
