Mary's Lazy Garden

I started my flower garden this year from seed.
In February I was planting and nurturing lots of little seeds in the hopes of having a colorful and abundant flower garden this year. Correction: Gardens with an "s".

Most of the seedlings did pretty good I thought and in the spring I was ready with my first batch of plants. I started another seedling lot inside and well into summer I planted more.

To make a long story short, what promised to be a multi-colorful garden full of a variety of beautiful flowers turned out to be a very very thin assortment of mostly pink flowers, many that like to lie on the ground. These pretty flowers were the exception. These little paintings are ACEO's and are 2.5" x 3.5" each.

My success with gardening this year was a mixed bag, so I know how disappointing it is to start from seed and get poor results. Better luck next year.
