Hummingbird Close Up

We've had the fortunate experience of watching hummingbirds this summer from our dining room table. These tiny birds are amazing! I recently read a post from someone in Texas who went through hurricane Ike and reported that during 70 mph winds the hummingbirds were coming to the feeder and having their meal. They are tough little birds! They are also fun to watch.

Fabulous hummingbird Mary. I've been watching them on my backporch this summer, trying to get as many photos as possible but boy, they make it hard sometimes.

I don't have a feeder out but they are very attracted to my Cascade Geraniums so, I did manage to snap atleast a couple of pictures that were actually good this summer.

Beautiful mini you've created here.

We have 2 hummingbird feeders, one in the front and one in the back. They fly from one to the other. Very nice painting.

Your painting is beautiful. I used to paint stuff and sell it on Etsy.
